spices, garlic powder
salt, table
cheese, parmesan, hard
cream, sour, cultured
lemon juice, raw

spices, pepper, red or cayenne
chives, raw
fish, salmon, atlantic, wild, raw

cream, sour, cultured

Directions:
In a bowl, cream the goat cheese with a rubber spatula.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
Adjust seasoning, to taste, and serve with warm bagels.
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne with a rubber spatula.
Fold in the chives and mix well.
Fold in the salmon and mix well.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups

Fold in the strawberries.
