spices, chili powder
terra dolce, organic chipotle dried chile peppers,
corn, sweet, white, raw
spices, garlic powder
onions, raw
spices, cumin seed
mustard, prepared, yellow
wei-chuan, five spice powder,
celery, raw

Directions:
Hit the whole black peppercorns, whole peppercorn blend, and onion flakes in coffee grinder to provide course-ground texture.
Mix all ingredients together.
Apply liberally to large cuts of pork prior to smoking.
