Grandmas Crunchy Crackers

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cheese, cheddar
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Beat the butter and cheddar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Slowly add the flour, salt and cayenne or Old Bay.
Get the mixer going again just until the dough is combined.
Stir in (by hand) the Rice Krispies.
Use teaspoons to drop little dough balls on a baking sheet.
You can flatten them with the tines of a floured fork if youre my grandma, or your hands, if you dont want to wash another utensil.
Bake for 14 minutes, and let cool a little before popping into your mouth.
