Louisiana Creole Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
mushrooms, white, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, pepper, black
spices, basil, dried
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions:
Saute/fry onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil over low heat 5 min.
Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min.
Serve with fish, chicken or possibly beef.
