Mini Cheesy Potato Casseroles
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
cheese, ricotta, whole milk
cheese, feta
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
spices, garlic powder
spices, rosemary, dried
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
Spray 4 6-ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray or grease with butter.
Place the cups on a baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Divide the potato-cheese mixture evenly among the prepared cups.
Bake for about 35 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm.
