Pumpkin Dreamies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
pumpkin, raw
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
egg, white, raw, fresh
pumpkin, raw
carrots, raw
cheese, parmesan, hard
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
In large bowl: Beat Splenda, margarine, and Splenda brown sugar until crumbly.
Fold in eggbeaters, pumpkin pie filling, and carrots.
Mix until well blended.
In separate bowl: mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice.
Add this mixture to previous ingredients.
Mix well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Make icing.
In small bowl: mix together cream cheese, milk, and sugar until well blended.
Spread filling mix onto greased jelly roll pan.
Spread icing over filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely and cut into squares.
