Protein Balls
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
seeds, flaxseed
honey
honey
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Stir in sunflowers.
Roll mixture in small bowls and then roll balls in crushed cereal.
Place on waxed paper.
Chill in refridgerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
