oats
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
wheat germ, crude
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
vanilla extract
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, wheat germ, and rice krispies into a bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil.
Pour boiled mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook for 7-10 minutes in an insulated pan at 350 degrees F, turning once.
