Ramos Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
lime juice, raw
alcoholic beverage, distilled, gin, 90 proof
lemon juice, raw
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
leavening agents, baking soda
syrup, maple, canadian
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
For the Simple Syrup:.
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 2 cups.
For the Fizz:.
In blender, combine ice cubes, gin, half-and-half, simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon juice and blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into 4 stemmed glasses.
Fill each glass with club soda and stir gently.
