8-Minute Scallop Saute

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
spices, garlic powder
mollusks, scallop, (bay and sea), cooked, steamed
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
salt, table
parsley, fresh

Directions:
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a medium-size skillet.
Add garlic and cook over low heat 1 minute.
Stir in scallops, tomatoes and salt.
Cover and cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until scallops are opaque at centers.
Stir in remaining butter.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
