Granny's Corn Light Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking soda
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat

Directions:
Preheat 4 well-oiled loaf pans while preheating oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients, add in liquids and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
