Mushrooms Stuffed With Sausage
Ingredients:
mushrooms, white, raw
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop stems finely and mix with sausage.
Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and place stuffed side up on a baking sheet covered with non-stick spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated, but serve as soon as cooked.
