Speedy Smoothie
Ingredients:
papayas, raw
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
1.
In a blender, combine ingredients in the order given and blend on high until there arent any chunks left.
2.
Pour into a cup and enjoy.
Side note: Use more or less liquid depending on how thick you want it to be.
If it becomes too liquidy, stick it in the freezer for a few minutes to firm it up.
