Melty Cheese (Mock Cheese Sauce)
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
nuts, almonds
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
salt, table
lemon juice, raw
cornstarch
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender till very smooth.
Pour in 2 quart saucepan and cook on med.
heat until thick, whisking constantly.
Use as a cheese sauce for macaroni or on veggies or whatever you like.
