Watermelon Wheat Crunch
Ingredients:
watermelon, raw
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
In a medium bowl, toss together watermelon balls, and grapes; set aside.
Divide shredded wheat among 4 cereal bowls.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the watermelon mixture to each bowl.
Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt over watermelon and grapes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
