Easy Tender Crumbly Cookies

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
butter, without salt
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Put the room temperature butter and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until combined.
Add sugar in 2 batches, mixing well each time.
Sift the cake flour into the bowl and fold in with a rubber spatula.
After the flour is incorporated, use your hands to knead and bring the dough together.
Form into a cylindrical shape and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
If you want to make cut-out cookies, wrap the dough in plastic wrap without shaping it and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Slice the dough into 5mm - 1cm thick and bake in an oven preheated to 355F/180C for about 13 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely, and they're done!
If you slice the dough thickly (1-1.5 cm), the crumbly texture will be even better!!
