2 fat stew meat
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
3 cups pearl onions, peeled
30 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
2 tablespoons granulated erythritol

⁄ 4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Warm the coconut oil inside a substantial skillet higher than medium warm. Sauté the meat inside of oil right until
browned upon all facets, then drain and go meat to the gradual cooker.
2. Location the green pepper, onions, tomatoes, tapioca flour, granulated erythritol, salt,
and pepper within just the gradual cooker.
