Pumpkin Cheesecake Popsicles

Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
pumpkin, raw
syrup, maple, canadian
syrup, maple, canadian
pumpkin, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
In a large bowl, add cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
Using a hand mixer, whisk until smooth.
Add the pumpkin puree and whisk until incorporated.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and milk.
With your mixer on low, slowly whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Note: Using my popsicle mold, this made 6 popsicles.
My mold had sticks included but if yours doesnt youll also need popsicle sticks.
