Baked Sole Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients:
salt, table
spices, oregano, dried
oil, olive, salad or cooking
bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Season both sides of fish with salt & pepper.
Place in lightly oiled dish.
In bowl combine oregano with extra virgin olive oil & bread crumbs.
Spread crumb mix proportionately over surface of fish.
Bake 6-12 min per inch of thickness, till fish is opaque throughout.
Remove from oven & place under broiler for 1 minute to brown the crumb mix.
