BBQ Marinade for Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
beverages, ovaltine, classic malt powder
sugars, granulated
plums, raw
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Mix together, and marinate lamb chops before cooking on the barbecue or in the oven.
Baste occasionally during cooking.
