Sausage and mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
pork sausage, link/patty, unprepared

Directions:
Chop your sausage into medallions.
Heat a pan add to pan
When the sausages are cooked add potatoes.
Fry in sausage juices.
Get color on them heat through
