Rum Spiked Watermelon Shooter
Ingredients:
watermelon, raw
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
honey
salt, table
Directions:
In a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
With the back of a large spoon, press the watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, extracting all of the watermelon juice and discarding pulp.
Add rum, honey and salt and stir well to combine.
Serve immediately in shot glasses or refrigerate up to 3 days.
