Ingredients:
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
vinegar, cider

Directions:
mix together and take 4 tbls a day or 2 oz.
Use unsweetened juice.
