2 celery ribs, chopped
1 (28-ounce) can beaten tomatoes
3/4 cup full milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons chopped new parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tablespoon new thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried
2 bay leaves
