Dry rub - Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients:
spices, paprika
spices, chili powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, black
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
honey
sugars, brown
Directions:
Combine all spice ingredients in bowl
Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on inside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs
Apply rub liberally to inside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs
Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on outside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs
Apply rub liberally to outside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs
Cover with aluminum foil, place in refrigerator and let sit overnight.
(I usually let mine sit and maronate in the refrigerator for approximately 15 hours)
