Cajun Seafood Pasta
Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
spices, basil, dried
spices, thyme, dried
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, black
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
parsley, fresh
crustaceans, shrimp, raw (not previously frozen)
mollusks, scallop, (bay and sea), cooked, steamed
cheese, parmesan, hard
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Pour cream into large skillet and simmer, stirring constantly until just about boiling.
Reduce heat and add herbs, salt, peppers, onions, and parsley.
Simmer 7 to 8 minutes until thickened.
Stir in seafood, cooking shrimp until no longer transparent.
Add cheeses, blending well.
Serve over cooked noodles or fettucini immediately.
