Lexington-Style Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
vinegar, cider
sugars, brown
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients until blended.
Divide vinegar mixture and chicken between 2 large zip-top plastic freezer bags, and seal bags.
Chill 2 to 8 hours, turning bags occasionally.
Preheat grill to 350 to 400 (medium-high) heat.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 35 to 40 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
** I turn off the two center burners for the last 15 mins or so.
