Easy Silken Tofu Doughnuts

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate

Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the silken tofu while crushing it with your hands into the Step 1 bowl.
Bring the ingredients together using a rubber spatula.
Heat the oil to 170C.
Once the oil heats up to the right temperature, prepare bite-sized scoops of dough with a spoon and drop them into the hot oil!
Deep-fry until golden and it is done.
