Country Butter from America's Dairyland
Ingredients:
oil, canola
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
salt, table
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl--whip until well mixed.
Spoon into smaller serving-size containers and chill.
