Good Roast Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
sugars, brown
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
spices, basil, dried
catsup
Directions:
Take fork and poke holes all over roast.
Stir brown sugar and sweet basil in beer, then add in ketchup.
Stir till diluted.
Pour over top of roast.
Cover, bake in slow 300 degree oven, approximately 3 hrs.
Check according to your oven.
