Krispy Crunch Candy
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
pretzels, soft, unsalted
raisins, seeded
nuts, almonds
Directions:
In a large glass or metal bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Melt almond bark in the microwave.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Stir to coat well.
If coating starts getting too firm before you are done mixing it, put the bowl in a 200 degree oven for 3-5 minutes.
Then stir again to coat well.
Drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper.
