Wendy's Smoked Salmon Chowda
Ingredients:
fish, salmon, atlantic, wild, raw
butter, without salt
onions, raw
celery, raw
potatoes, raw, skin
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
cream, sour, cultured
dill weed, fresh
spices, pepper, black
parsley, fresh
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter.
Stir in flour, add stock and potatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling point.
Add sour cream, dill, pepper and salmon.
Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add parsley before serving.
