Whole Wheat Bread for Vegans or Vegetarians
Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
goldsaft sugar beet syrup,
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Leave to proof for 45 minutes at 30C.
After the first rising, divide the dough into desired portions, then let rest.
After shaping, proof for the second time for 25 minutes at 30C, sprinkle with whole wheat flour, then slash the tops.
Bake for 17 minutes at 200C.
