Vanilla Granola
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic
vanilla extract
oats
nuts, almonds
cranberries, dried, sweetened
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Cook oil, honey, sugar, water and vanilla over medium heat until mixed.
In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, craisins and coconut.
Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and stir so everything is coated.
Spread granola on 2 baking pans (9x13).
Bake for 5060 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and stir occasionally.
Store in an airtight container.
