Easy Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
salt, table
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
1.
Pre-heat oven to 400.
2.
Scrub the potatoes clean.
3.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet.
(I line mine with parchment paper for easy clean up I am lazy like that!)
4.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes.
Try to cover them as much as possible but you dont want to have them sitting in big puddles of oil either.
5.
Sprinkle seasoned salt all over the potatoes.
6.
Finish with a little salt and pepper.
7.
Place in oven for 20 30 minutes.
You are looking for the largest of the potatoes to be fork tender.
8.
Remove from oven and serve next to your favorite meat dish.
They look very elegant on your plate but also are kid friendly.
(My crew loves to dip them in sour cream nothing can be for the worse with sour cream on it!)
