Applesauce Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients:
sauerkraut, canned, solids and liquids
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
spices, caraway seed
butter, without salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Place in a greased 3 1/2-qt crock pot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
