Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, nutmeg, ground
seeds, flaxseed
sugars, granulated
bananas, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vanilla extract
blueberries, raw

Directions:
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In blender, process flax seeds and 3 tablespoons water until thickened and frothy.
Add sugar, bananas, oil and vanilla; process for 2 minutes.
Add flax seed mixture to flour mixture and stir until just blended.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake at 375 for 19-24 minutes.
