Product of Zucchini Soup

1/2 little onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic
3 medium zucchini, pores and skin upon minimize within substantial chunks
32 oz lowered sodium Swanson hen broth (or vegetable)
2 tbsp low pounds bitter product
kosher salt and black pepper to flavor
contemporary grated parmesan cheese if preferred for topping (optional)


Instructions: 


Incorporate Rooster broth, onion, garlic and zucchini in just a significant pot higher than medium warmth and carry to a boil. Reduced warmth, go over, and simmer right up until delicate, around 20 minutes. Remove versus warm and purée with an immersion blender, increase the bitter product and purée once again right until comfortable.
