Slow-Cooked Sweet Mustard Roast (Beef or Pork)

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
molasses
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, garlic powder
vinegar, cider

Directions:
Dump meat into cooker and top with molasses, dijon, and vinegar.
Toss in the garlic powder.
Using tongs, flip the meat over a few times to coat it nicely with the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6-9 hours or on high for about 3-5, depending on roast and crockpot size.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
