Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, cider
honey
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
apples, raw, with skin
fennel, bulb, raw
celery, raw
spices, fennel seed
Directions:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Add apple, sliced fennel bulb, celery, and chopped fennel fronds.
Toss to coat.
