Shrimp Parmigiana Hero, Lightened Up

For the shrimp:

16 oz jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (bodyweight as soon as peeling 12.5 oz)
salt and pepper to flavor
1/4 cup egg alternate (egg beaters)
6 tbsp complete wheat Italian expert breadcrumbs
2 tbsp panko
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
cooking spray (I utilised Intelligent Balance)

For the sandwich:

1 cup (4 oz) shredded chapter skim mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 425° or fixed your broiler to very low.


Best every single sandwich with 2 tbsp of sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Destination sandwiches upon a cookie sheet and warmth in just the oven or broiler right until the cheese melts; 2 – 3 minutes, very careful not to burn off if taking the broiler.
