No-Bake Granola Crunch Bars
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
honey
spices, cinnamon, ground
oats
dates, deglet noor
nuts, pecans
cranberries, dried, sweetened
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
Directions:
Line 8-inch square pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
Mix peanut butter, honey and cinnamon until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add peanut butter mixture; mix well.
Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Refrigerate 30 min.
or until firm before cutting into bars.
