Homemade Granola

Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
sugars, brown
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
vanilla extract
cranberries, dried, sweetened

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a bowl mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
In a small saucepan warm the oil and honey.
Whisk in vanilla.
Carefully pour the liquid over the oat mixture.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Spread granola in a 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes, stirring carefully every 10 minutes.
Transfer pan to a colling rack to cool completely.
Stir in dried fruit.
Store in airtight container or zip-loc bag.
