Avocado Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
For the vinaigrette:
2 tbsp further virgin olive oil
1 lemon or lime
1/2 navel orange
1 clove garlic, beaten
pinch oregano
kosher salt and contemporary pepper
For the salad:
1 hass avocado, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp pink onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
4 cups combined boy or girl vegetables
Instructions:
Citrus Vinaigrette:
Inside a tiny bowl whisk olive oil, juice against lemon or lime, orange, overwhelmed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Set up salad veggies upon a plate, supreme with cucumber, avocado, purple onion, tomato, salt and pepper. Drizzle vinaigrette earlier mentioned the salad and provide directly absent.
