Ingredients
1⁄4 cup purified water
2 cups chilly watermelon, seeded, reduce into 1-inch chunks (for greater diuretic impact, depart in the seeds and mix with the remainder of ingredients)
1 cup chilly honeydew, seeded, lower into 1-inch chunks
1 cup chilly cantaloupe, seeded, reduce into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
6 ice cubes
Guidance
1. Put the water, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, honey, and ice cubes in a blender. Purée until tender and frosty, 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Pour into 2 appealing eyeglasses or insulated mugs, sip slowly but surely, and seem restored.
