Au Gratin Sausage Skillet

Ingredients:
kielbasa, polish, turkey and beef, smoked
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
potatoes, raw, skin
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
water, bottled, generic
cheese, cheddar

Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in until lightly golden; drain.
Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix.
Stir in water.
Cover and cook for 18 minutes, stirring often.
Add vegetables; cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
