Simple Strawberry Cream Freeze
Ingredients:
blueberries, raw
syrup, maple, canadian
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
cream, sour, cultured
Directions:
Mash berries and combine with maple syrup.
Fold in the yogurt and sour cream.
Place mixture in a shallow pan and put in freezer.
Stir every half-hour for 2 hours, then serve.
