Wesson Oil Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Mix salt and flour in bowl.
Pour oil and lowfat milk all at one time over flour.
Mix with fork till mix sticks together.
Refrigerate20 min.
Divide in half and roll out between wax paper.
Peel off top wax paper and invert into pie tin before removing the other wax paper.
Makes 2 (9 inch) pie crusts.
Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
