Fireworks Rub
Ingredients:
Chili powder
Cumin seed
Coriander seed
Brown sugar
Cayenne pepper
Ground cinnamon
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer to an air tight container. Store in a cool dry place. Will keep approximately 6 months.
