Beulah's Apple Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
Combine ingredients; put on to boil for 15 min.
Pour into jars and seal.
Comments: I have the best recipe for apple butter which do not take much time or possibly cost.
You can cut it with a knife, it's so soft.
